In this dish, its bitter flavours are balanced with sweet raisins and the distinctively rich flavour of kalamata olives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To prepare this dish, begin by washing and roughly chopping your broccoli rabe. Boil a large pot of water and once water has boiled, add chopped broccoli rabe to blanch until just wilted. Set the broccoli rabe aside in an ice bath as you prepare your beef. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
