Transfer to a 9×9” baking pan (coated with nonstick spray). Bake for 25 minutes at 350ºF. Remove from the oven and cool completely before slicing (they will be very fragile and crumbly when hot). |

The day it came I made some chocolate chip cookies with it with a recipe I found. I thought they would be a good intro to it. And hopefully make it more tolerable. What I was not anticipating, and shall now "warn" you about, is that everyone here absolutely loved them! The dozen or so I made did not last 24 hours! Wow! I was grateful that what I had read about the smell/taste was true and I was glad to be eating a healthier snack.
Another benefit to this is that it is able to be purchased with an EBT card!
My only disappointment is the size of the bag. In the beginning I was glad it was small in case I didn't like it, but now that I have tried it twice it is rather a bummer. For only 2 recipes I used almost 2 whole bags. Each comes with a little over 2 cups only. So especially if you are planning to bake with it, i recommend 2 bags at least. I just placed my order for bags 3 and 4!!
This may be a great aid to others too, who are looking to eat healthier but struggle to make big changes. Although it may not make bananas themselves less repulsive ;)
The last time I ordered it back on October 9th was for $6.55 per bag. I’ve recommended it to all my friends because it is gluten free, of good quality, and good price.
Last night, I was about to share the link of the product when I realized that now it costs $12.71!!!!!
It was a great value, but now it is out of my reach. I won’t be able to buy at the current price nor the friends that I recommended it either.
I would like an explanation as to why the sudden increase of price.
